Know your terminal

What if my flight is cancelled?

Call 0493 100 265 or message us as soon as you know. We will move the booking to your new flight rather than cancel it.

Is there an airport fee?

Melbourne Airport charges a pickup fee to every taxi and rideshare collecting passengers on site. It appears on your fare and is not something operators set.
